I am pizzed!

Folded the new soft top down to install the refurbished hardtop for final fit. Top ripped where the material rounds the corner of top right above rear upper corner of door. This is the piece that pulls the lower corner of the top forward toward the side window. It was 70 degrees in the shop. 60 degrees outside. WTF :banghead:

Man, sorry to hear about your mishap, but look at the bright side. Now you can refurbish the soft top to match the hard top.

But that is why I am so ticked off. I just put a new white soft top on last summer. :mad

Holy smokes, John. What manufacter was it? I want to make sure I don't use them for a new top for me. I thought maybe it cracked because it was old, but it sure should have lasted longer that that.

Got the top from Al Knoch, his stuff is usually top notch. I'll talk to him about it this summer at Bloomington. I'm sure he'll have a solution for me.
