I dunno...I've been abusing mine for about 2 years, but that's only about 2000 miles in my case. Now up to about 400 HP, and it hooks great.
Some tips...don't slip the damn thing excessively. This is true for any clutch. Let it hook then accelerate. Slippage is what kills a clutch, although a weak clutch will slip with a high HP engine. It's all in the driving style. If you can work out a launch that hooks the clutch before max HP (or excessive HP anyway) then it will live. Slippage kills clutches.
Can you be more specific? What are you trying to do? The Centerforce DF is arguably the best available for us.

...More than you can give it... We run over 500 lb/ft of torque on slicks with no problem (keep in mind that a clutch does not "see" horsepower - clutch and drivetrain only "sees" torque).
I'm running that clutch with my big block. My 468 is putting out around 500-525 torque. I made 26 passes last season down the 1/4 mile. In order to get my car to hook on street tires a had to slip the clutch a good bit. This season it still feels like brand new but now I have slicks on it. Doesn't slip whenever I launch it.
I talked to a guy on the Chevelle Forum whom ran this clutch and was able to pull the front wheels off the ground....the clutch didn't slip.
Definitely a strong piece for the money, I know I'm satisfied.
Mine has survived a ton of abuse with over 40,000 hard miles and a lot of trips down the quarter mile. It still works as good as the day I installed it.
LOTS!!! I had one in an '81 Jeep Scrambler/350 (from an '80 vette) for about 8 years - used it as a daily driver in Winter and beater/dd/woodser in summer. Never had ANY problems. I'd buy one again (and will when my '69 needs one).
I drop the clutch about 2 times a day and It hasnt slipped a bit. I go to the track a lot. I dont run slicks. I am just very hard on it and I just wanted to know what it can take before I have to replace it.
