Thats a loaded question. It all depends on yur ability and the tools you have available and how much you care about doing things right. i suppose with air tools and everyhting goes as planned it could take as little as 4hrs. Add to that whatever else come up. You can reuse the pushrods if thier not bent or worn. Same with the rockers if thier not worn. As for the rocker nuts. once theyve been used and re-used, they loose thier grip and have a tendency to back off later on and cause a excessive lash and valve tapping noise. Very bad for the cam. I would get some polylock locking rocker nuts at least.
