Default Positive vendor experience

I recently purchased a fire extinguisher and bracket from vettesonline.com. I received a red instead of chrome fire extinguisher. I contacted Dan Hagerty at vettesonline to resolve the problem. He was extremely informative about when the replacement was sent out, emailed me with tracking information, and in general was very professional in rectifying the problem.

In the age of lousy customer service; push 1 for this, push 2 for that, push 3 for for whatever, "your call is important to us" and all the other run-around from other vendors, I would like to say thanks to Dan, my hats off to you and I highly recommend his product.

The bracket is high quality and the fire extinguisher looks great. Thanks again Dan.

Good to hear that there are places that still care, and customers that publicly admit it....

It's really nice to hear someone cares about the customer still. All too often it's the "Do I have to wait on you today" attitude
