Hooker Side Pipes
I want to put Hooker Side Pipes on my 72 454 4sp but am worried about potential "leg fry" . How difficult is it to get in and out of the car without causing 3rd degree burns? I mean how hot does it actually get and how worried do I really have to be of scarring myself or a passenger? How is the fit and finish of the Hookers? :cuss

Side pipes are just like motorcycle pipes. They will cause instant 2nd degree burns if you touch them with bare skin. You learn real quickly to step out smartly. Joe
