Sould I stay with stock spec'd type or change?

I searched the archives and was surprised to not find anything on this thread.
What plugs do you recommned for an L48 that is mostly stock, I have true duals through rams horns, but hope to add headers soon.

The car tends to run close to 220 on the highway, but stays at 190 around town. Ignition and fuel systems are stock.

I've always used Champion or ACDelco in my GM V8's. Any brand preferences?
Thanks.

I use AC Delco Rapid Fires. I used the stock gap.

I just put a set of MSD wires on and changed the plugs to the plain old Bosch. I've never really noticed a difference in plug types. (I'm sure people will have a different opinion). I've used the ones that are $5 bucks each and the .99 cent versions but decided to on Bosch because they are slightly shorter than Delco or Autolite's. I wanted the shortest one's to keep clearance around the header pipes.

AC Delco Rapidfires. Stick 'em in there and forget about 'em.

Spend your money on the OD tranny first. Then worry about headers.

How could I forget!?! I'm trying to raise the money for the 200r4 now, but I thought the fact that I might someday add headers might have more of an effect on plug suggestions. :) I keep trying to figure out how much money I'll save on gas with that OD and justify spending the money on it now! LOL
