QUESTION LR BEARING/ TIRE ALIGNMENT

Shop owner said he could not align rear becuase bearing was loose and was $2500 for bearing/ redo trailing arms etc. Well over time here is the angle of the rear tire.
(hard to see but 3% toed in)
while right tire is dead up and down
Now this was okay before they installed the new rear spring bushings which raised the car 3/4 " and made it a little over even (I like it). It used to sag. Once this was doen that LR tire toed in. Now they say that bearing is bad but they already got me for $3500 for the suspension and I know it's a bitch to do and everything must come off however I lifted the rear Sunday and played with the rim to see if there is any deflection and even used a magnetic based dial gauge/ jack under the LR tire and there was zero if any play for the whole wheel travel and I do not personally believe there is anything whatsoever wrong with the bearing. Any ideas or insight. As it is right now the car is done, 28K into it and would really not appreciate losing the tire at 80MPH on the highway and totaling the car. However would not want to spend 2 weekends tearing the rear out to find nothings wrong.
ANY IDEAS INSIGHT????
