On the vette - well EVERYTHING !! This is a labor of love.
It's the household projects that are killing me.

ps - send the $$ fairy my way, please. I'm waiting on a refinace appraisal.
If it's high enough - the vette project just may be drivable in a month or so.

Get a job  and then get Dynomax Ceramic Coated Headers and MAD chambered exhaust and a good tune up.

Well for spring I plan on getting the 406 in it and running. Then for the summer I will start on all the Body work. I am going to be putting a 1 piece front clip on it. Just got the Vette in January and I already have the itch to get it running and soaring down the road! :auto:

Not including the last month of summer '02, this is my first summer with the car! 3 months of modifications, as money allows.

Cam install (already bought, $60 including springs and Accel coil from friend)
Sportsman2 heads (64cc, already ported, barely used $600 same friend)
That'll pretty well do me in the engine compartment department

Lots of suspension:
Rear VBP 360 spring, front monospring will wait for next year...
Many many bushings need replaced
Ball joints

New seats (want C4, but may go with 78+)
CD player, rear speakers and 10" sub
Complete interior repaint to black
Stripping and painting everything I can reach without a body off!

Last but definitely not least (and probably not even last) Paint!! Trying to decide on the best blue...

Considering that I only changed tires and fluids before I got this car last July, I think these count as major projects! It's really nice having basic driveability done with (brakes, P/S, funcitonal engine) so I can do the really rewarding stuff :D Hope the girlfriend doesn't mind being a little neglected.... :blueangel: She is moving halfway across the country to live with me for the summer.....

Just one piece of advice... If you're serious about your girl, don't neglect her too much! You'll need her buy-in later on future mods if you ever upgrade GF1.0 to WIFE1.0... :jester

Don't worry, I won't, I'm whipped like you wouldn't believe :p: and I wouldn't have it any other way. (we're into that sort of thing....just kidding)

My old sig pic had her in the driver's seat and me shotgun! That ain't right! So I whipped up some photoshop magic instead, hehe.

I don't have 2nd car (looking into an oldschool bike though) so I'm working on that list after business hours... lucky I'm a late nighter.
