Brodix heads on a '72 -- headers?

Brodix heads on a '72 -- headers?
Sorry, I had to revise my question that I had earlier. I need to put new headers on my '72 small block, because I put Brodix heads on my car, and my current headers don't fit because of the angled plugs. My problem is not only that the plugs run into the headers, but apparently Brodix heads have "raised ports" which make them a little different then other angled-plug heads. The header manufacturers are very hesitant to tell me that their headers will fit my car because of the Brodix head. I guess my question is: does anybody have Brodix heads on their C3 small block, and if so, what headers worked? Maybe the manufacturers are a little too cautious, and everything will be fine, but before I buy the headers I want to make sure the combination worked for someone else, because it sounds like that would be the only gaurantee I'll get.
