you know those stupid varrying sizes they use on brakes??? 1/4 inch line with a custom to only damn GM, 3/8 nut on it, and so on and so forth, too boot there are two differant size nuts on each freaking END??? what is hell is the purpose of THAT??:? idiots....just TRY to replace a brake line with a simple pimple damn parts house line....NO!!!!.....as swholes......

Well, the purpose of two different nut sizes on each "freaking" end is so you only have to buy one set of wrenches. And 1/4 and 3/ 8 are pretty common sizes (remember, C3s were built before we were overrun by the metric *****). Calm down and use this as an excuse to buy yourself some tools, buddy. :lol: :yesnod: :lol:
It probably has sometehing to do with the assembly line workers and not putting the wrong line somewhere. It's not a big deal, NAPA sells them individually, or you can buy short lengths with the right nuts already on them, and JCWhitney even gives you an assortment of nuts when you buy a roll of tubing. I agree. They really need to learn how to make things easy to work. I remember a motorcycle racing team that went out to build a bike that consisted of fasteners that all had the same size heads. All you need is one wrench to take the entire bike apart.
I probably got more tools than the average home mechanic hobbiest, and by a fair shot, now if you are a line mechanic, yeh, I can see your comment, but if not, you are WAY off base there.....
