69 Exhaust Makeover
Just picked up the toy after having a new exhaust bent up. As I mentioned, I went for 2.5" Tubes, Flowmaster Deltaflow 50's and a Dr. Gas "X". I still need to finish breaking in the fresh 350 (only about 50 miles on it), but it was quite the wakeup from the old hacked, cut, clamped (8 in all!) 2" tubes and stock mufflers. Fierce came to mind when I "tickled" it!! I am quite happy.
If you are thinking about exhaust and your not a side pipe person (no offense - I like them for you!), then bigger tubes, X-pipe and nice muffs is the way to go. I've been tinkering with these kinds of toys for over 40 years and all I can say is Awsome!
