simple weatherstripping question
A quick look thru my assembly manual and a search on the web turned up nothing useful. I have a 1980, does the hood weatherstripping get glued on to the hood itself or onto the body? :crazy:
Bubba looks like he might have had the old stuff glue in both places, it's hard to tell. :skep:

The weather strip you are asking about is glued to the hood. :thumbs:

The weatherstipping definitely is glued to the hood. I've already done three complete weatherstripping jobs on 80 and 81 corvettes, the worst part of this job is getting all the old goop off!! :chevy
