I am not running that one, but I run a Crane Powermax H-288-2. It has .458 intake lift and .473 exhaust. Duration is 226/234 at .050. LSA is 114. Max RPM is about 6000. It idles great with very good vacuum, and is a very good street cam. :yesnod:

I was running it until I blew the engine last year. Great cam.... It really would have woke up if I had had more compression.

I ran it on a 7.75:1 (then 8.25:1) engine with stock( then ported) smogger heads with 1.94/1.5 valves.

This cam is similar to a stock L-82 cam..... so it idles nicely.... I had mine down to around 750(with a little lope) and pulls up to around 5750 when the power falls off dramatically. Lets just say there was over 1/2 sec difference in quarter mile times when I sifted at 5750 instead of 6250-6500.

If you want to know anything specific let me know.
