A while ago I posted about Bubba using wood screws to fix my rocker panels......I always wondered what happened to the original screws......
I should have known that Bubba would put them right where I would find them.......
He used them to screw down a homemade shield that covers the power window control behind the door panel.......BTW, he didn't have enough so he used some wood screws too........
I'm so relieved knowing the original screws weren't lost :)
HANDY TIP: It's much less time consuming if you add "BUBBA" to the spellchecker in MSWord.......

I plead guilty to some Bubbaisms from time-to-time. Those rocker screws are prone to corrosion and seizing. Not pleasant if you ever need to get the rockers off for a paint job. I removed mine and replaced them with #8 (I believe!) SS machine screws and anti-seize. If I had taken the time to paint them black, they would look original.

The use of a nut would require the use of a machine screw. These nuts came in a plastic bag, with a set of instructions. No idea who sold these...
