Sounds like possibly a bad line lock solnoid?

Is this a new kit that you just installed or has it been in your car for a while?

Do you have the lines on backwards? The in and the out mixed up. If you turn on the line lock under normal conditions and push the pedal after it is activated it should still allow the brakes to be applied.
Like Shane said it could be a bad solenoid.

:withstupid: On the bad solenoid- I think that's the problem, if its trapped the fluid.

If the solonoid is sticking, maybe some tapping on the side of it with wrench would free it up. If it keeps on stickin then I agree with the above. Bad solonoid.
