ORVETTE.... why??
One thing you WON"T have to worry about is wearing out the seatfoam with a stock L48.
These C-3's can be way time(& money) consuming to do them right and very discouraging at times. Ten years ago I would be out in the garage with my projects to the wee hours of the morning. Not only do I have other things to do these days, but I just don't have the drive to spend those hours anymore. Forget what everyone else says. It's your life... your priorities... and you only have to answer to yourself. If you decide to keep the vette, I hope it works out. If not, you can always place *FREE* ads up on this wonderous internet. I haven't uncovered mine in the last 3 weeks. It's like it just doesn't exist. But, tonight a placed an ad to trade it for a '60's muscle car or street rod. Here's the ad. And I have my race car trailer for sale on E-bay that ends tomorrow night. I fly by what I want to do and not worry about what anyone else thinks. Hopefully you do the same.
