Default I feel a marathon coming on!

Well after months of doing very little on the vette I have been doing a little more over the past few weeks. Tonight I put the brackets for the tranny back in and did a little work with the eng, really got the juices going! :yesnod: I feel a marathon session coming on for the weekend, will probably work on it late tomorrow night and all day sat and sun, hopefully I'll have it pretty much ready to rumble by sunday just in time for the some good weather!

So who else is a marathoner when it comes to vette work?

I have been working on changing my clutch and flywheel for a month now... I know, very slow but I'm in no hurry. I think maybe this weekend I will put some effort in. I did get the clutch and PP bolted up tonight.. Hope I did it right. :yesnod:

I have been very quiet lately..... after putting my headers on (working at a very leisurely pace, 1 hour at a time...) I have been stuck for a couple of weeks trying to connect the headers to the rear exhaust pipes! The sections of prebent pipe don't fit... I had them bumped out to fit over the header reducers, but they just aren't bent to fit properly. So, i picked up a piece of bendable exhaust pipe at the autoparts store...... and I can't bend it at all!! So now, my final final plan..... I am waiting for a 10ft roll of flexpipe from JC Whitney. Then it's most likely off to the muffler shop.. :( MJ

I wish I was, usually ponder what to next, smoke a cigar, go for a test drive, then decide to do it later. I know it's sad but I have fun.

Ya that's what I have been doing except I jump in the other hotrod and nothing has been getting done on the vette.
