if your car runs the slightest bit warm, get a Stewart high flow pump. I'd say it is one of the best things I've done for my motor. Dropped temps 30-40 degrees.

There are better W-pumps than stock chevy. :yesnod: And Edlebrock is one I like in aluminum - polished too. Yes, at cam change is definetly a good time. Now can you have too much cooling - possible but not probable. Can you have too much reliabilty - not possible and not probable. :D

Actually the car runs TOO cool...on a warm day, mixed city/highway driving, it would only hit 160. I changed to a 180 thermostat, now plan on putting 195 when the new cam goes in....
Thanks guys. I will be ordering a new (rebuilt) pump today from AC Delco.
