The kit that I purchased was a Mr. Gasket, gasket kit. I used the Mr. Gasket intake gaskets on my first intake. Then when it was time to switch intakes I went to Advance Auto and picked up some Felpro intake gaskets. Both worked fine. The Felpro intake gaskets were a noticeably thicker and seemed like a higher quality gasket. You should be fine with the Felpro intake gaskets.
Don't use the regular Fel-Pro blue with aluminum intakes. They won't seal properly. Edelbrock recommends Fel-pro printoseal or MrGasket ultraseal.
I went to NAPA and got a set of Victor-Reinz nitroseals. Reinz is one of the largest OEM suppliers and their nitroseal line is used for LT4's and LS1's.
BTW, they either go in dry or with a light coat of gaskacinch type sealer (liquid sealer) around the waterports only. Intake ports should be dry. I used RTV instead of the end-seals.

Re: BB intake gasket.. (zwede)
I have to respectfully disagree with Zwede on this one regearding one small point. I would gaskacinch around the intake ports as well, this is why. When I took my heads off last time (Before I had them ported) I noticed I had a lot of crap on the top side of the intake valves. Since the heads only had 4000 miles on them I thought it was pretty odd. I asked the guy who did the work on the heads about this and he said it is not uncommon for big block Chevys to pull oil under the intake gasketts during situations of extreme vacuum, like deceleration after a good run (if the car is left in gear and you just let off the gas peddle, which I used to do sometimes)
So from now on I push the clutch in after a run, and I gaskesinch the intake ports.
Len,
You already have the gasketts, but the Fep-Pro ones you are looking for are the 12-12's.
