I would imagine if you want to adjust it you take off the bolts that attache it and add washers under the bolts to raise certain parts of the hood to flush up with the rest of the body. You can do teh same to the release latch at the back off the engine compartment. As for lowering the hood that has no washers on it already, I have no idea without underataking body work on the car.
