After solving some ignition problems 454 twinturbo works well. There was one output type wrong in the configuration in the EFI, noise problems etc. Even though there is only one absorber type muffler /pipe, sound is very comfortable. Stainless manifolds and exhaust makes a bit different sound. Idle is nice, around 800-1000rpm, even though fuel is adjusted by ear, lambda wasn't connected, 100% homemade mapping.
Drive shaft is ready to be picked, need to attach trans cooler, make trans rear attachment, bleed and a little install for brakes, tidy some wire installation, attach seats and quite much minor work. Hoping to get to a little test drive in a couple of days. Guess it takes some weeks to be able to drive it decently.
Do you have a video or sound file of engine running ?
Are you planning to participate in any Corvette events this summer ? I'm anxious to see your car, I somehow missed it at American Car Show in Helsinki :smash:
Hemmo: I've got some video material but was going to wait until I got it outside the garage and took some better videos then.
Hemmo, FinnShark: I'd like to wait until the car is closer to what I want it to be before getting to the events and showing it to everybody. There is so much unfinished details, that make it look like a crap. After all, there is too much high powered cars that don't perform, this is easily one of them if trailered to the events and/or not driven hard. But don't want to wait to the next summer, I'll ask if we can arrange it to the 50-party. Too sad to be at the race track without driving :nonod:
Hemmo: Are you coming to 50th ann. party? Maybe we can have our own local CorvetteForum Finland gathering in there...
That would be fun  but I need to take my car to inspection and still have lot to do before that. I'll try to work hard during Midsummer :yesnod:
Saku:
...that make it look like a crap...
I seriously doubt that  At least the pictures I've seen prove otherwise...
Lookin' forward seeing you... :seeya
