It is. It is. A T-56.
Shafi (company owner,brains, cool ideas, neat guy ...) and I (marketing, sales, moore cool ideas, ...) will get together in a day or two to put together a mini press release with info on the install and tranny options. The Vette we're already driving is a '79 that originally was an automatic. The T-56 fit the C3, but it is bigger than the TKO 5 speed, so we probably won't be able to squeeze one into the 63-67 Vette w/o tunnel mods.
Is this a neat job or what?

So, you started with an automatic car... so would that mean there would be all the parts available I would need to go to a 6 speed? That'd be nice... but I couldn't buy one for a few years, plus I just got this 200-4R.

Definitely interested here, new transmission is on my to do list right after boot camp! (Along with new exhuast and new suspension) Ballpark on the price versus a rebuilt t56?
