With the mods listed in my sig, what kind of numbers am I putting out? Any guesses on the 1/4 times also? I haven't gotten her completely finished but I wanted a ball park figure for it as of right now. Thanks guys

This is what I came up with in DD2000. I assumed Comp Cam 275H Duration @ 0.05: 230/236 w/ 0.487/0.490 lift. 110 Lobe seperation, 106 intake centerline seperation.

384 TQ @ 4500 RPM
360 HP @ 5500 RPM

Ran with "Small Tube with Headers" for exhuast & flow numbers from L31 heads with 1.94 intake/1.50 exhaust valves.

Your specs are close to mine beside my rollercam XR-270 and my stock manifold. I'm running 13.6 sec on the 1/4 mile. You should be around mid 13 sec. Do you have the original 2.72 rear gear? Automatic?? Those thing are important to determine the quater mile.

The best way to know is to take it to the track. :seeya

Does "cowl" mean hi-rise? I thought I had a "cowl" hood on my '73. I am thinking about getting a hi-rise hood sometime soon but it'll look silly until I paint it. SHould I be looking for a "cowl" hood or a hi rise or a hi rise cowl hood? :p:

Mid 13's if you have some decent gears like 3.73 or lower and a higher stall. Low 14's if you have highway gears and stock stall. Thats my guess :seeya

The right thing to do is buy it. Search the web for "DeskTop Dyno".

I heard rumors that you can get person-to-person software like Kazza. Maybe if you searched with Kazza you may be able to download it.
