Will it drain thru if you just loosen the bleeder? If so gravity should take care of it. If not, then two person job. depress pedal to floor then open bleeder, close bleeder then release pedal..repeat shouldnt take more then 3 or 4 times to get all the air out.

Yup, what he said. It is just like bleeding the brakes. Open up the bleeder and have someone pump the pedal. eventually fluid will come out. Then bleed as normal.

Thanks for the help. . . I was trying that but getting no where quickly. . . I looked through the ls1.com forum, followed a procedure on there, worked like magic. . . Use a hand vaccuum pump to pull the air out through the top. . . Pedal firmed up quite nicely! Pulled the car out of the driveway and it just died. . . I'm pretty sure I know what's wrong. It just needs a little rewiring and I'll give it another go.
