I can't seem to get any fluid to flow to my rear calipers at all,no matter how hard I try, maybe something like this is what I need. What sort of pressure would you need to force fluid out of the rear calipers?
Made my own with a 1/4" thick piece of alum, a bicycle tube inflation valve, a piece of mouse pad and a cigarette lighter powered air pump. Clamp it on, pump it for about 5 seconds and you'll have plenty of pressure to push brake fluid thru the pipes.
Cleared the entire brake system of air in about 10 minutes.
Cut the alum about 1/2" larger than the top of the master cylinder in both directions. Cut the bike tube about 1.5" around the valve. Drill a hole in the alum. Epoxy the valve to the alum. Cut the mouse pad a bit larger than the alum with a hole to align with the bike valve. Place the mouse pad on the open, full master cylinder. Place the alum on the mouse pad. Clamp it down with two large C clamps. Connect air pump. Pump for 5 to 10 sec. open bleeder slowly - it will squirt. Be Careful- you can easily drain the master cylinder. When you see no air in the fluid, move to the next wheel. refill the master cylinder and repeat.
