Default I made a new bracket.

This is the new kickdown cable bracket I made up when I decided I wanted a better look from the old original one that had attatchment points I no longer required. I knocked it up out of some 4mm aluminium plate I had laying around. It was fiddly work, but was worth it in the end and I think gives the area a less cluttered look.

Looks Good. did you have to polish it up at all after doing the bending/hole-making? ;)

Nice job Brutus. The hardest part of that job is finding the square drill for that square hole. :) :)

Looks great  I can appreciate fine hand work  But not to be pickey, are you sure it's 4 mm? Looks much less than that?

Thanks for all the compliments gentlemen. I realise it's only a small bracket and not in the league of some of the major modifications being undertaken here at times, but it's just a little something I thought some might be interested in seeing.
Norval...Those square drills are really worth their weight in gold if you can find them alright. :D

Yes as I said, it IS 4mm thick alloy.

I gotta get me some of that aluminum Angle Iron. It has the strength of steel and the workability of Aluminum
But its probably not compatible with JB weld
