Although it is clean, my 1974 tank sticker is 99.9% NOT legible. It looks like a blank sheet of paper.

Will this or any other process make the sticker legible?

What kind of camera has night vision?

Another trick is to use Photo Shop, or equivalent, and manipulate the contract, background, etc. My72 tank sticker was about 75% readable. By using Photo Shop, I got it up to about 98%. It now reads almost like new.

Gary,
I have Photoshop and tried that, and it did not help anywhere near as much. Perhaps your sticker is in better shape than mine.

If your sticker is too far gone it might not work, or you might have to buy an infrared lens filter. They cost around $100 and not very useful for much else. (IE I wouldn't buy one for a single use application)

Most of your newer Sony Digital Palmcorders have night shot. You can buy them most anywhre.
