I pulled my body to replace my body mounts, only to find my frame is shot
beyond repair.Has anyone used America's Finest Corvettes remanufactured
frames. I like the price and that they come already painted
Be very careful when buying frames. Mine, too, was badly rusted and vibrating the car tremendously above 35mph. We used some parts of it for template fabrication, and the rest was cut up into three foot pieces and trashed. Many frames like this get sand blasted, painted, then sold for new. We've seen it on several cars coming through. I would suggest a brand new frame at the higher price to ensure you get something that will last.

Thanks Spike,I was going to call Zip and get one of there new frames when I
came across America's Finest Corvettes web site, Calif. rust free frames
and already painted for more then $1000 less then a new frame, just thought
I would take a shot and see if anyone had got one of there frames, never hurts
to check, thanks again for your input...1RED1
I've purchased from America's Finest, thought I had a good association with Mike, I bought a corretly dated 427 block, pistons, and rods...rods were supposed to be 3/8" dimple, only two were, one of the cylinders was damaged as was the piston in that hole. I got the pistons a week prior to the block being shipped...I refused delivery when I inspected the block...never did get my money back...be very careful in your dealings with AFC.
