Default Fuse block question

There is a single-blade terminal marked "ACC" in the center bottom of my main fuse block. I"m wiring diagram-reading impaired, can someone tell me where the fuse for that terminal is? I'm not getting power to it on either "Run" or "Acc" key positions.

Thanks,
David

I just saw your 1st post about the fuel pump, now I know what you're trying to do. It's possible that the previous power term was over taxed, or corroded, and is inop. I wouldn't spend the time trying to figure/repair the existing power source.
Just remove the pump feed wire and hook it up to a valid ign switched source. (choose another term) But be SURE to install an inline fuse as close to the power source as you can. (as in next to the new term) This protects the circuit downstream to the pump, and the pump itself.

I am using it for my elec frans so it should be a 'hot' term when the key is 'on', you need to use an inline fuse if you decide to use there is no fuse in the block for it.
