Need some under dash electrical parts. Need source.
Where can I get the following parts for my 76? Bubba left these parts out when he last visted the under dash wiring harness.
Key Warning Buzzer
Seat Belt Warning Buzzer
Timer - Seat Belt Lamp and Warning Buzzer
Power Window Circut Breaker
Dr. Rebuild - I can only find the Power Window Circut Breaker.
Autozone - Would they have the parts?
GM Dealership - Are these generic parts from that era?

76greg, you are not all that far from "u-pull-it" auto parts in Aurora. Look around for any Chevy car that is about the age of your vette, I think you will find what you are looking for. My guess is these parts were somewhat "generic" and were used in all GM cars about that time. You might drive right by my place in St. Charles (on route 25) on your way there!

Thanks Big Fish!
I did not know there was a self serve place in Aurora. Where abouts is it located? I understand Corvettes share a lot of parts with other GM's of that era. I also noticed on my fuse block that the TAIL fuse was missing and one of the fuse snaps was gone. I think this was the result of an electrical short/fire under the dash. I found one burnt wire in the engine compartment and one in the dash harness relating to the tail/parking/side marker lamps. I think Bubba must have jumped around this fuse and got power somewhere else for this circuit. I am still trying to figure this one out.

76Greg, they are located North of Liberty Street off Farnsworth (Kirk Road). Take Kirk/Farnsworth into Aurora, About 1/2 mile south of the railroad bridge turn left (east) on Liberty, then watch for their small sign as you clear the residential area. The sign will be on your left. I believe they charge maybe 2 bucks to look around, it's a nice "junkyard" all the cars are on blocks, none are stacked up.

Thanks Big Fish!
I'll check them out. I found out from disecting the wiring harness that Bubba had bypassed the fuse block and wired the TAIL/SIDE MARKER circuit directly to an unfused power power source! :mad I either need to repair the fuse clip in that part of the fuse block or put in an inline fuse for that circuit.
