Any advice on puuting the PW motor and regulator back in ??? It came out real easy, but does the motor gear need to be aligned somehow with the regulator teeth, so the window goes up and down like it should ?

Best I can remember on my '72, it doesn't. But you will have to remove the window from it's channel to get the rollers back on the regulator and then reattach the window(if you didn't to get it out).
