center console - DIN Stereo?
I need to replace my stereo, but using the original design two post leaves limited choices. I don't want to cut/modify my central console guage cluster, becuase I need a new one of those, too.
Does someone make a central guage cluster that will hold a DIN sized stereo, leaving me many more choices? I've searched Zip and Corvettecentral, but haven't had much luck.

They get over $200 for a center bezel that's made for a DIN radio or $65 for a steel filler panel if you want to cut your own. If you don't want to cut yours, you can find nice used or already cut up ones for about $50. Then go to American International and get their plastic filler panel for <$20. Can't tell the difference in my car! (I shoulda vacuumed the carpets before I took the picture. It's never that dirty, I swear.)
