Why?
You could a nice bbc for the money it will cost to build a 427 sbc.
Our cars are heavy. They need torq to get up and go.
I'm hooked. Ill never go back to a sbc.

I just have always wanted to build a SB 427 and I do not want to switch the car over or add the weight.........I have had quite a FEW BB cars so I know what you are talking about..........just a matter of choice

Count me in.

Although I'm undecided as to whether or not to re-build the L-36 or go with a 454 crate motor.
