Ouch! Looked to be a nice looking '69 vert before the fire. It appears the fuel tank was on fire too with the bubbling back there.

Unfortunately, they gotta get beat up somehow for us people who like to bring them back from the dead. :lurk: Looks like it could be a good project to me. I'd probably take it on if I had the initial funding and garage space right now.

Is this suppose to be some sort of Halloween cobweb effects?
Hey Dave-at least it isn't modded all to crap with someone's ill taste in tastelessness.

that wouldn't be a bad resto....for a 69 vert...if someone wants a project..that would be a perfect one to tackle, especially to take pride in since it was on fire.

Look at the gauges, black gook, probably melted plastic in the tach/ speedo. consider the entire dash a loss. Would require a complete wiring harness and removal of ...hell probably a frame-off to correct everything.

That's why I got one of these, don't leave home without it. I also have a few around the garage......cheap insurance. :chevy

It's a shame about the fire but that looks like it could be a nice project as the rest of it looks to be ok.

Yep!
I've got three extinguishers in my 'vette.
I've even used one once to put out a header wrap fire from tranny fluid.

I hate to say it, but I think you'd be upside down on this resto in a hurry... :smash:

Love the color combo and pipes.

I've got no qualms with saving a car even if it isn't the "best" investment.

If anyone want's additional pictures, Bristol is right around the corner. I'd be happy to go over there (if I can get in touch with the seller).
