Someone sells a template looking like a bedsheet with two targets on it. You hang it on your garage door and use it to aim your headlights.
I use the garage door to get a rough estimate, then drive around at night. I keep raising the beams until I get about 3 headlight flicks per minute from oncoming drivers, then adjust them down a tad... :)
