Some say easy and some say PITA. Do a search in the archives on rear spring and you will get two pages of responses. The lean could be a number of things, perfectly normal, body mounts, springs, etc. I don't think very many of the C3s are sitting perfectly level. If the rear spring is bad, you are suppose to be abe to measure the wheel well lips and get a 1-2 inch difference between one side over the other. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerosearch
This dosen't leave what I found, but put "rear spring" , "C3" and "archives" in the blanks and you should get the results.

Re: Spring question (72GACRZR)
My drivers rear is about 1" lower than the passenger side. I'll be changing my rear steel spring out with a TRW 340# composite in a few weeks. I'll update my findings.
[QUOTE]I just noticed that my 68 might have a slight lean toward the drivers side when looking at it from the rear. QUOTE]
The AIMs for late model C3s specified three different length link bolts for factory workers to use and adjust those heights to get it level and into specs. A temporary option could be to change link bolts...shorter one side...longer on the other. Or, even measure to see if they are a different length. The length differences were not dramatic.
As indicated...its a PITA! Must support differential while dropping spring.
