When I bought my Tremec from Mike Forte, he told me that he was planning on having console plates made up if there was a demand. I have never seen them advertised on his site so I guess there is no demand.
After almost 2 years, I still have the 4 speed plate on my console. I figure that I know what the shift pattern is and I can tell anyone who I want to drive it what the pattern is. If someone tries to "borrow" my car without permission, the fact that they keep getting 1st instead of reverse may help discourage them. At least that is my excuse since I am too lazy to do anything about it right now.

Re: 5 speed gear indicator...? (SteveG75)
I asked Keislers about this and they told me they were in the process of having some made up. So, I asked him to let me know when they come in so I could get one. The guy that owns Volunteer Vette in Knoxville has the same setup in his car, but he has the console plate. He may have some in stock I just have not asked him yet.
