Cali 2 just arrived!!
:hurray: :hurray:
All was not without incident, the driver was honest enough to wipe off the 2" of collected road dirt and show me a rock hit.
I was pissed as the paint is a nice 10 footer but as I thought it over i might be able to get an appraisal for the entire front clip as they can't blend in very well on the same panel and the nose has some rock hits as does the RF fender.
Didn't take to long for me to...
Now let me be the first one to say she needs work. She's missing and I think it's a timing issue however she purred during her inspection by a fellow forum member so may be a sea level issue with the carb. Will check timing/ carb this weekend. Paint is 10 footer but with buffing will come out nice, except for scratch. Engine bay is void of smog equipment however everything is nice and just needs some degreasing. Suspension is grimy but bushings look great. No oil leaks apparent eng/ tranny / rear. Interior is just dirty, front carpets almost new. dash great, shifter plate scratched, shifter boot worn, seats perfect, door panels perfect save rusty fasteners, rear carpet needs replace, comaprtment doors great except carpeting, 150 LB boom box takes up entire rear and needs to go, AMP with 4 guage wires all over the place needs to go, deck is an expensive Eclipse 55430 but doesn't work, maybe simple fuse, probably will replace whole system with my Alpine system off Cali 1. Soft top is brand new, weather stripping needs replace, hard top is perfect, no wear, probably never used.
Botom line think most if not all is cosmetics requiring buffing polishing and very very few $$ in replacement parts. For 12K it's a deal.
So

Can't wait to see more pics in the sunlight.
  :seeya

pay shipping, that is if you REALLY want to have the orginal wheel, just
to have it.
 Nice car dude!
Did it come with a free boat? Just a little interservice rivalry from a NorCal AF dude. :lolg:

P.S. this should be marked Cali 3. Keep forgetting the car that started the disease, Cali-1, 70 L-46 vert.

Maybe it's better to use -69 to -75 steering wheel? It's a bit smaller than -68, but still looks more original than that Grant wheel...
