Default EXHAUST 4 74?

will the dual exhaust kit for a 74 vette fit my 78? i will run some type of headers also. some people have said it would but i just want to check.

You will need a '74 pipe hanger - the one that fits between the transmission mount and the frame. That one has a place for two pipes to be installed. Stock '78 hanger only has a place for one pipe.

Auto or 4 speed? If I remember correctly, the 4 speed version was about $30 and the auto version was about twice that. Local Chevy dealer can order for you, but not to confuse them, tell them it is for a '74.

Header pipes have to be fabricated.
