Default Weird missing problem

Ok, this one has my mechanic friends stumped so far.

Had a little bit of a cold snap down here, and on Friday morning, my car simply refused to start. She's my daily driver, so I tried VERY hard to get her started, and in the process, cranked my battery dead. After charging the battery, I went out this afternoon and started the car again - fired right up, but was running INCREDIBLY badly. The worst I've ever heard. It wouldn't even idle - I had to bump the idle over 1500 rpms just to be able to look in the engine compartment without giving it gas.

First thing I checked was the plug wires - duh, right? Driver's side, they're all secure. Checking the passenger's side, I noticed that there was no heat radiating off the exhaust manifold. In fact, it was still cold - air temperature, while the driver's side was already too hot to touch. Basically, it looks like I'm missing on all four cylinders on that side. What the heck could cause that?

Thanks in advance...

I cant think of anything that would cause one side not to fire, except the plugs. You need to check for fire at the plugs. If you get it there, you should clean or replace them. They could have gotten gas fouled.

Could the rocker arms lose alignment?
