are there any other corvette forums, tech articals, help web info's on moding the C-3's, i read this forum every day and the info is great but would like to find more tech mods sights I dont have time to post much you guy know the military machine going wide open right now so time is scarce so web surfing is scarce, thanks for all help and interesting posts, oh where do you find bird cage peaces or does some one have a desert baked rust free cage?? thanks for any input, any one want dimmentions on how to make Herb Adams teflon and steal upper and lower arm bushings, looks like he and his son Matt Adams are no longer in busness :cry

do it your self mods, like steering, brake, I cant' afford to buy new but have equiptment machine, and weld, and paint :) i prefure building it my self sorry van steal, ect.... venders. the military don't pay the best but not just a job its and adventure/hobby love aircraft fabrication

Do you have the dimensions? I have been looking at the all steel bushings, guldstrand sells them for a hefty price but a lot of others like speedwaymotors, day motorsports..and so on also sell them as universal ones in several sizes. One of those sizes must fit the corvette. Some can even be greased with a zerk fitting on them (you need to drill a hole in the arm for that though)


Are you sure VSE is out of business? That''d be a shame, I never got to look through their catalog and they don''t have a website we can snoop around on.

Herb retired, this son Matt Adams took over the busness, they made Cobras other kit cars and carried corvette suppention parts I found an add for him in a kit car mag. i call the # everyday for two week various times and sent a certified letter nothing one month of nothing what would you think, the bushings i have are a set of Herb Adams VSE, there are two different sizes bushings and the teflon bushing is an off the sheilf item (I've seen in McMaster and Carr Cat.) if you want me to blue print and send out to you I will, I got a copy of two of Herbs catologs also from forum members, I'm looking for other tech sights for C-3 member are most helpful make this hobbie more fun, thanks all
