Engine Mounts and Front End Strength
Will solid motor mounts contrubite any real strength to the front of the frame?
Will the added strength be noticable enough to offset the expected engine vibrations?

I plan to install solid mounts for reliability ie. never have to worry about them breaking. I would think that it would strengthen the frame the same way the spreader bar between the front shock mounts does.
I have no idea what the increase in vibration is. The rubber mounts are pretty hard to begin with.

Compared to a spreader, the engine mounts are much lower to the frame, so I don't think they'll have nearly as strong of an effect. Especially since there already are mounts there, just not AS hard as the solids. But, on the other hand, every little bit counts!
