try corvettesacrossamerica , look under the "NQP" ( not quite perfect) , the stuff I bought I couldn't see the imperfections , usually about half price , I had to dye a couple of pcs , bought the dye from them. :)
How rude.. If I dunno anything why don't you enlighten me or us..
Only thing I remember in that thing is more BS that you claim in certain magazine articles and to people you talk to (including me in the past).. I'm sorry to be such a realist...
Ever thought of going to a custom interior shop? At these prices, that could be reasonable, unless you have to be "stock".
:iagree:

The seats and door panels in my car are custom and i can't see how aybody would have payed 500 for the whole thing. IMO i think it looks good and could be done for less than $400 US. The only thing i need for my car now is carpet because mine is all beat down. But what i want is something that is really thick and plush not like the cheap thin shyt that comes from the factory.

what bs was in the magazine?
I got the car with a 350.. pulled it cuz it was tired
put a 327 in it.. blew it up
350 is getting rebuilt. THATS what I said in the article.. CHP changed my wording. you have a problem with that take it up with THEM.
I think Todbo meant http://www.corvettesacrossamerica.com for the NQP stuff. I am getting ready to buy some for my 77. From what I have heard, the flaws are very difficult to find.
Shop around. There are only 1 or 2 manufacturers for each licensed part. All of the the suppliers buy at wholesale and re-box. When I bought carpeting for my 74 Coupe, it ranged freom $200 - $375, for the exact same carpet, shipped direct from the exact same place (ACS or ASC).
ROFL... I had to look that up on the internet what it means.
Scary thing is obviously you knew it and have used it before.
Does that mean you YOURSELF are considered a joto?
Do you like to be on the receiving end? I bet you do..
Damn you are cool... really....
Dude, you have to give us some idea of where your going. NCRS? Your about half way there at 20K. I'm in the same boat as you though. Got mine cheap and it needed it all except the basic drivetrain, but like you, that's the only way I could do it.
I have a new CE center console that is nowhere near stock, both in fit and finish (molded plastic instead of covered), but it would work for a daily driver. I re-glassed my original to the point that you have to look real close to tell it's repaired, as long as you don't turn it over! Also, I used Reflectix for padding under my carpet. Cheaper, lighter (a big deal in these heavy pigs!) and a better insulator. Not stock, but I drive mine...

Hans
well.. I'd like the interior to look good for once. thats one of the main things that really bugs me on the car. I want this car to win shows. which wont be easy, but I'm going to try myself
