I have a quart of paint that matches the color of my car and anytime I see a paint chip I use an artist brush and carefully apply a dab. Sure if you look close you can see it but it looks better then a chip. In really bad cases I have touched up the area, let it dry a few day, lightly wet sanded then buffed the area

It says it's for clearcoated vehicles. I don't think mine is clearcoated. Is the car you used it on clearcoated?

It is a very fine rubbing compound.
