Back in Cali!!
Just got off the plane, ripped off the 50 pounds of clothes needed for the Artic (Albany NY) and threw on the shorts!!!
My Baby (the 68) was sitting just as I left her except three boxes from Summit. A GIFT FROM GOD!!
Sunday I get to install new Pertronix II elec ignition, and weights,shims, springs in the stock points dist, New jets for the carb, stock looking chrome valve covers (plain like the 68 no embossed names etc.) dropped base chrome air cleaner with 2" K@N to clear the Torker intake and GM black, orange spray paint to detail the engine bay. I probably won't get too far since I have to start packing to move to my new home but I'll at least get her tuned up so I can take it to DMV for registration/ title and one cruise up the coast. Unfortunetly that's all I have time for until January once the move is complete.
Anyway glad to be back to the land of plastic woman.

Corz I should have asked you local guys if you wanted to meet up. Well we were up Saturday-Tuesday morning and was busy with the wedding. Sorry on that one.
Shrike the wind chill is what's bad. Went right thru me like a knife. If it doesn't rain you should be okay. Saw alot of 4-5 bedroom houses for < $100K makes me sick.

S.D.P.C. brother you wouldn't believe some of these properties. Straight out of your greatest dream. 2600 ft. 4 bdrm, 3-story hm, 3 car detached garage on 2 acres of land a little over 120K.

Cali, We always seem to want what isn't available to us. Now myself I'd like to be in San Diego. We only get to wear shorts about four months out of the year in Ohio. That also coincides with the amount of time that we can use a convertible. Even then we have to wonder whether it will rain in the middle of the day. Don't forget about shoveling snow and raking leaves. Both of these are a PITA. :yesnod: So there are good reasons why houses are less expensive over here. Oh, don't forget how cold it needs to be to get snow. :seeya
