Hi all.
Have read s few posts about removing TA's with a sazall and was not looking forward to doing mine.
Yesterday morning I started at 8:00 and had them both striped and in the Jeep ready to go to the mechanic by 10:00.
Was so pleased the front bolts push out with force from my little finger and did not have to cut them out with a saw. I guess using the vette for 10 years and storing for 20 makes it easier.
Finished off the rest of the day by painting the valve covers, rebuilding the shifter, installing a new center arm rest, replacing the vacuum lines to the headlights and putting in the new composit spring. The mechanic said the TA's should be done Monday and ready for pickup.
What a fine day it was even though it snowed most of the day here but the garage was warm.
