David... put the coil down and step away from the vette.....
your making urself crazy trying to figure out what makes it tick,, When I show you tomorrow it will all click and you will see the big picture.. promise..
It isnt rocket science my friend.....
to make a long story short,, you have a wire from the keyswitch,,, aweeeeee screw it ,, I cant type it short,, so Ill show ya tomorrow afternoon ..
And as for the mechanical advance distributor,,, it will work fine until you get one with vacuum advance... Ill explain tomorrow as well..
