Default FUEL CUT OFF SWITCH ( HELP)

Where is the fuel cut off switch (inertia fuel switch) located on a 1982? My friend Just got an 82. for $2000. It needs some help, bumpers F&R, driver fender, and t-tops. But first he wants to get it running. We think the fuel cut off switch has been triped. Can any one help.

If I remember correctly GM cars do not have a cut off switch. Only fords have them. The only thing I can think of is a fuse, relay or the pump could be bad.

I have to disagree the switch was to shut off an electric fuel pump in the event of a roll over. Check in the rear of the car, I believe the 87 IROC I had it was mounted on the iner fender behind a kick panel.
