If you have the correct brackets, both brackets have 2 holes apx. 2 in. apart 2 bolts hold both of them on. They will line up with two holes on the front of the cylinder block (left lower). The one with the adjuster goes on first and is sandwitched on by the second bracket (the one that looks like a J ). Once you hold the first bracket up to the holes on the block you will see that the other mounting point is one of your motor mount bolts.
Once the brackets are on you will need a stud-bolt that screws into the back of the pump, these are hard to find because the hex head must be thinner than a normal stud-bolt.
Once you have the correct parts its not hard to install really.
Make sure your p\s lines don't rub the center link makes a big mess at the worst time. :U
