I love mine. everyone I know has complimented me on the way it makes it look. Sounds great too. I went with the jcl spiral turbo baffles.They were actually quieter than I had expected. Of course I drove it open for about 2 weeks while I was waiting for them to come in and fell in love with the sound of them open. But with the Barney Fife police officers we have around here I thought I had better tone it down a bit.

My Hooker Sidepipe system purchased new from the above ran me around $925.00 the baffles from the C3 Shark Tank, below, ran around $325.00.

BTW, I installed the heat barrier under the carpet while redoing the interior.

mine were a xmas present that i got to keep early... :D
i had them on my 68 a long time ago and yes, burns from them DO hurt but are not a factor unless you are wearing shorts which we all do here in Florida almost year round... :D
